2010 REDWOOD HOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENT The 2010 Redwood HOA Annual Assessment payment is due on January 31, 2010. The 2010 Annual Assessment has been set at $385 for the year. Members may choose to pay $375.00 (if received by Jan. 31st) and receive full credit for the entire year’s payment (a $10 discount) or pay the first installment of $192.50 by the 31st. Welcome to the Redwood Neighborhood Homeowner's Association website! Redwood is located in the beautiful, natural setting of California, Maryland. Hidden in the woods of the large, well known Wildewood community is our subdivision, Redwood. We are minutes away from the Patuxent River, Potomac River, and the Chesapeake Bay. We are also minutes from the newest shopping areas. There are over 30 neighborhoods within Wildewood, including Redwood. In our neighborhood are over 50 homes with many natural, wooded areas dividing the lots. We are walking distance to the Wildewood swimming pool, playground, and athletic fields. Redwood is a great combination if you are looking for the quietness of country living and the benefits of neighborhood life.
